At Movement Solutions PT, we provide personalized, one-on-one care for active adults and athletes.
Our services include orthopedic and sports rehabilitation, manual therapy and spinal manipulation, dry needling, cupping, and performance-based strength and movement training.
Each session is tailored to your goals — whether that’s pain relief, improved mobility, or higher performance.
No, you do not need a referral to begin treatment.
New Jersey is a Direct Access state, which means patients can see a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy without a physician’s prescription for up to 30 days.
If treatment continues beyond that period, we may request a referral from your physician to comply with state law — but most clients experience meaningful progress well before that window.
If you plan to submit for insurance reimbursement, note that some insurance companies may still require a referral or pre-authorization for coverage.
Each session lasts about 60 minutes, entirely one-on-one with your therapist.
Your plan of care and session structure are customized based on your goals, presentation, and phase of recovery or performance training.
Movement Solutions PT operates as an out-of-network provider, allowing us to offer individualized, one-on-one sessions without the time limits or treatment restrictions of traditional insurance clinics.
Many clients receive partial reimbursement through their insurance using a superbill (a detailed receipt we provide after each visit).
We provide in-person and mobile sessions in Teaneck, Tenafly, Englewood, and surrounding Bergen County areas, with virtual coaching available nationwide.
