About Us

Movement Solutions Physical Therapy helps active adults and athletes move better, recover faster, and stay stronger for life.
We bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance — combining skilled manual therapy, spinal manipulation,  dry needling, detailed movement assessment, and progressive strength training to create lasting results, not temporary relief.

Founded by Dr. David Wallace, DPT, Movement Solutions PT delivers one-on-one, concierge-style physical therapydesigned around your goals — whether that’s returning to martial arts, lifting pain-free, or simply moving without limitations.

With over a decade of clinical experience and a lifelong background in martial arts — including Muay Thai, Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Karate, and Tai Chi — David brings a deep understanding of movement, body mechanics, and performance to every session. His approach blends evidence-based rehabilitation with practical strength and skill coaching to help you rebuild confidence in your body and sustain your progress long-term.

Movement Solutions PT offers hybrid options — including mobile home visits, virtual telehealth sessions, and long-term individualized programming — allowing each patient to receive care that fits their goals, schedule, and training environment. Whether you’re recovering from injury or building strength to prevent the next one, your plan is tailored to create a personalized system that supports you from rehab to performance.

Dry Needling

Dry Needling accelerates recovery and improves movement by releasing deep muscular tension and restoring normal neuromuscular firing patterns. It’s especially effective for athletes and active adults dealing with chronic tightness, postural imbalance, or overuse strain.

Manual Therapy & Spinal Manipulation

Hands-on techniques that restore joint motion, reduce tension, and improve coordination between regions of the body.
Spinal and extremity manipulation are integrated with soft tissue and mobility work to improve control, alignment, and performance.

Movement & Strength Integration

Every manual intervention is paired with movement retraining and progressive strength work — helping you keep the gains from each session and build long-term resilience.
